Questions before you start

What would you
like to know?

Recruitment or Managed Talent: which fits my company?

Recruitment is a focused search and selection service. Managed Talent adds continued involvement and support according to an agreed recurring scope. We help you define which model suits your needs during discovery.

Who makes the hiring decision?

Your company interviews the selected professionals and makes the final decision. VANAO supports selection with role definition, sourcing, evaluation and a documented shortlist.

What does VANAO evaluate?

Experience, skills, communication, schedule, availability and expectations against the role brief. Any additional checks or assessments are agreed as part of the search.

How long does a search take?

Timing depends on the role, requirements, and suitable candidate availability. We define the search scope and expectations with you; we do not promise a fixed completion deadline for every search.

What if the professional does not fit?

Any replacement eligibility, conditions and costs are specified in your service agreement. We do not offer an unlimited or unconditional replacement guarantee.

Who handles contracts, administration and payments?

Responsibilities depend on the model and validated structure agreed for your case. They must be confirmed in the proposal and contract before the service starts.

How are fees and the 12-month option defined?

Fees are discussed in a private proposal. Eligible 12-month Managed Talent agreements may include no upfront recruitment fee, subject to approved conditions. This does not remove the recurring service fee.

Can we combine Talent and AI Solutions?

Yes. We can assess the need for human capacity and useful automation together. Each service has its own scope and terms.
