Questions about the journey

Know what happens
before you begin.

Can VANAO help us choose between Talent and AI?

Yes. Describe the work, team capacity and process constraints. We can assess whether your need calls for talent, automation or both, then define each service’s scope.

Who makes the final hiring decision?

The company interviews selected professionals and makes the decision. VANAO supports sourcing, evaluation and the shortlist.

Does joining Talent guarantee an opportunity?

No. Consideration depends on relevant searches, your profile and company decisions. Joining does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.

What is different after hiring with Managed Talent?

Continued involvement depends on the agreed recurring scope. Contracting, payment, administration and any replacement responsibilities require legal and operational validation before they are included in your agreement.

How long does each journey take?

Hiring timing depends on requirements and candidate availability. AI project timing depends on complexity, systems, access and dependencies. Expectations are agreed for the specific search or project.

What is agreed before an AI solution goes live?

Deliverables, data access, permissions, human approval, exception paths, testing criteria, and operating responsibilities are defined before deployment. Support is included only where expressly agreed.

Where can we see prices and the annual Managed Talent option?

Fees are discussed in a private proposal. Eligible 12-month Managed Talent agreements may include no upfront recruitment fee, subject to approved conditions; the recurring service fee still applies.
